These Terms and Conditions provide the basis for a good working relationship between AYANNAJDESIGNS ("Ayanna J.","I","Me") and you (the “Client”). These terms form an integral part of the agreement between "Ayanna J."/AYANNAJDESIGNS and the Client.
COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP
AYANNAJDESIGNS retains the right to use work produced for the Client as part of my portfolio online and for promotional purposes.
Any material or ideas prepared or submitted to you from me, AYANNAJDESIGNS that you choose not to accept as yours or which you have not yet paid for will remain AYANNAJDESIGNS' property (regardless of whether my work is in your possession via email or social media.) and may be submitted to other clients for their use. You, the Client, do not own rights to any unclaimed drafts.
RELEASE OF RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP
Upon completion of your project and payment, I, as the designer, do release and grant permission to you, the Client, to use the designs for whichever purpose suits you best. This includes printing, enlargements, social media advertisements and promotions, and usage on website pages. I also grant permission and ownership of your logo designs to you once it is completed.
A project is deemed "completed" once payment is received in full and there is no outstanding balance.
Any remaining balances must be paid prior to set completion date of services.
A la carte services must be paid in full. Packages and web design services require a non-refundable deposit.
Please carefully read the description of each service prior to booking. Each service and project has its own turnaround that is stated and detailed underneath the respective service.
If by any chance, I, AYANNAJDESIGNS, cannot honor this time, I will let you, the Client, know of any delay.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday - Thursday 10AM - 6PM
I do not work Friday - Sunday, or on holidays. For any reason if I am not available to work during a business day, I will be sure to communicate that prior.
If for any reason, you, the Client, contacts me outside of my scheduled business hours, I will be sure to respond on the next permissible business day.
Please allow 24-48 hours for me to respond to any business inquiries.

DESIGN PROCESS & REVISIONS
The design process is done in steps:
STEP 1: COLLECTING INFORMATION
I will start research and planning based on the information given to me by you for your project through our client portal. You will be required to fill out an on-boarding form. Please be as specific as possible, so that I am able to properly execute your vision.
STEP 2: CREATIVE DRAFTS (FIRST DRAFTS)
After planning, I will execute this plan and send the first drafts of your project for you to review.
Logo Drafts: You will be sent 3 versions of the logo to choose from. If by chance you are not satisfied with any of the drafts, there will be a required $30 fee for 3 new drafts.
STEP 3: REVISIONS
You will receive 3 free revisions for each service. Any additional revisions are subjected to a $5 fee which must be collected before completion and off-boarding.
STEP 4: COMPLETION & OFF-BOARDING
Files will be sent as a PDF, PNG, or JPG file. Please specify which file(s) format you will need.
As the Client, it is your duty to proofread and approve all elements of the final designs before signing off on the project.
OFF-BOARDING AND FILE FORMATTING
Files will be sent as a PDF, PNG, or JPG file. These files will be sent via email or through Google Drive. As the Client, it is your duty to proofread and approve all elements of the final designs.
If once the off-boarding process is complete and all files have been sent to the Client and there are spelling or grammatical errors made on my behalf, I, AYANNAJDESIGNS, will fix it free of charge. However, color revisions, word or picture changes/placements will not be revised free of charge and is subjected to a $20 fee.
If you, the Client, fails to respond to emails and messages and no agreement has been made between you and I regarding your project after 2 weeks, you automatically forfeit the project. If, after the two week period, you would like to resume/restart your project, you will be subjected to a $75 fee that must be paid in full, along with the remaining balance if there is any.
If the two week period has passed and we have not received any communication from you, you will be automatically banned from working with AyannaJDesigns in the future.
It is your responsibility as the Client to communicate if there are any delays on your behalf and to be on top of payments once notified.
REFUNDS AND TERMINATIONS
Due to the nature of this business, all sales are final EXCEPT:
If, for any reason, you need to cancel your project before the design process has begun, please notify me immediately so that this can be noted and processed correctly.
If you would like to cancel the project after the design process has begun, please notify me as to your reasoning so therefore we can come to a solution. In this case, I, AYANNAJDESIGNS, reserves the right to accept or deny a refund.
If you, the Client, becomes disrespectful, difficult to work with, or harasses me during the process, I reserve the right to terminate the project with a 50% refund. You will also be banned from working with me in the future.
